Lampizator Baltic König Mod

Elevating the Foundation to Stratospheric Heights

AudioMeister offers a special service to take your Lampizator Baltic to  stratospheric heights in audio performance by performing tactical upgrades. The stock unit sounds very good already. You may know that a lot of the design of the Baltic is actually incorporated into the  top-of-the-line Horizon model. That means the Baltic series has very  good fundamentals - they just weren't exploited to the fullest potential.

For example, the stock capacitors are the entry-level Miflex  capacitors at a micro ferret value that makes the unit lack bass,  texture and depth. The signal cables are of tooth floss thickness,  adding to the unit sounding thin - leaning 80% on the detail  side.

What AudioMeisteräs upgrade package covers:

  • 4x Better Miflex  capacitor line with greater micro ferret. These are HUGE and will  completely fill the space in the otherwise half-empty enclosure. (adds  huge amount of bass the unit was almost completely lacking before, much  depth, layering and organic sound)
  • 4x Bypass Jupiter capacitors for the mids (milky rich and lush mids)
  • 4x Bypass Jupiter capacitors for the highs (detailed and non-fatiguing highs)
  • Replacing signal path cables with Duelund tinned copper wires. USB  connector would cost extra (this upgrade was really shocking. It has almost a greater impact than replacing the capacitors above. It is jaw-dropping... )
  • Replacing signal output  posts RCA or XLR. Particularly the RCA posts are high mass draining the  audio signal and the gold plating rubs off quickly. (adds space and  ease)

These will make a night and day difference to the unit,  increasing decay, detail, depth. delicate layering and lend an overall  organic signature that is highly addictive.

Happy to discuss any  details, when you reach out. Shipping unfortunately will need to be  added to the price and I understand is painful. There are 3rd party  labeling services I always use, I can share with you. It will bring down  the shipping cost by around ~30%. Do not pay at the store at USPS,  Fedex or UPS. They rip you off...

Best,
AudioMeister
